２枚のペアカードを集めるGo fishです。
反対語や関連があるような言葉を覚えたり復習するのに役に立ちます。

●人数：２～６人

●レベル：小学校低学年～高学年

●目的：
　身近な単語を英語で言えるようにする。新しく覚えた単語を使う機会にする
ゲームでの簡単なやり取りを英語でする

●使用するカード：

ペアにできる単語2枚ずつを１セットにして15セットくらい。
人数が多いときはペア数を増やす。
同じ単語でも、テンプレートで絵カードを編集することができる場合は、
文字部分を色分けすれば大丈夫です。

　
●準備：

最初にペアのカードを確認しておきます。
反対語のペアばかりでなく、食べ物・飲み物や文房具などでも
毎回いろいろな組み合わせを考えて、いつも同じものにならないようにすると楽しいです。
高学年の場合は、ペアにするときに、どうしてそれがペアになるのかを
英語で説明したりするとレベルが高くなります。

（例）：
学校・文房具類から
pencil - eraser ruler- pencil case paper - scissors　 book - bookshelf
textbook - notebook　 desk - chair　 school - classroom pen - ink ( アルファベットカードの中にあります）　
chalk - blackboard tape - glue　 ball - jump rope map - picture
食べ物・飲み物類から
strawberry - jam orange - juice milk - butter potato - potato chips egg - pudding
corn - popcorn grapes - wine cheese - pizza lettuce - salad ham - sandwiches

●進め方：

メンバー全員に５枚ずつを配る。残りは真ん中に裏返して重ねておく。
手持ちのカードを他のメンバーに見えないように持つ。
ペアのカードを集めることを目指す。

１．最初のプレーヤーは、自由に一人を指名し
自分の欲しいカードを持っているかどうか質問する。
相手がそのカードを持っていればプレーヤーはそれをもらい、
同じようにそのまま続けることができる。

２．聞かれた相手は、そのカードを持っていない場合"Go fish!"と言い、
　　プレーヤーは、中央の残りのカードの山から１枚取る。
　　引いたカードがペアカードの場合、みんなに見せて前に並べる。
　　そのプレーヤーの順番は終わり。

３．最初のプレーヤーの左隣の人が次の番になる。（時計回り）

同じように続けていき、ペアがそろった人は、前に出して見せる。
手持ちのカードが残っていれば、そのまま続ける。手持ちのカードが無くなった人は終了。
中央のカードが無くなって、全部のペアが集められたらゲーム終了。
一番たくさんペアを集めた人の勝ち。

●使用する英文例　：

Step 1 : ゲームを始めるときの説明

Teacher: I deal out the cards. Five for each.
(I give you five cards each.)

みんなで、数えながら配る。One, two, three, four, five.

Teacher : Do all of you have five cards?
　　　Hold the cards in your hands. Don't show your cards to anyone
If you have paisr, take the cards out and place them beside you.
　　　　 　　　I put the rest of the cards face down in the middle of the table
　　　This is a draw pile.
　　　Now collect a pair by asking another player for a card.

　　　For example
　　　　　　" Tom, do you have a pencil ?
　　　　　　" Yes, I have the card. Here you are."
　　　　　　"Thank you, Tom."

　　　　　　If Tom has the card, he must give it to me and my turn goes on.

　　But if Tom does not have the card, he answers,

　　"No, I don't. Go fish.. "

　　　Then I pick up a card from the draw pile and then my turn is over.
　　　The person left to me goes next.

　When you're asked for a card, don't tell a lie. You must give it to the player.
　　　　Are you ready? OK, let's start.

Step 2: 　数字のカードを引いて最初のプレーヤーを決める。

Teacher : Draw a card and whoever gets the highest card goes first.
　　　　　　 You go first, Ken.

Step 3: ゲーム開始

Ken : Tom, do you have ~ ?

　　　　明らかに持っていることがわかっている場合は、
　　　　Tom, you must have ~. Please give me ~. と言ってもいいですね。

＜求められたカードを持っている場合＞

Tom : Yes, I have ~. Here you are.
Teacher:　Oh, you have ~. Give it to Ken.
Ken : Thank you.
Teacher : Ken, you get another turn. Ask someone for a card.

＜求められたカードを持っていない場合＞

Tom : I'm afraid, not. / Sorry,I don't. / No, I don't. Go fish.
Teacher: Take the top card from the pile, Ken. Your turn is over.
Who goes next?

＜ペアがそろった時＞

Ken : I have a pair.
Teacher : Put the cards face up on the table. Show them to us. What are they?
Ken : A pencil and an eraser.
Teacher : Great! When do you use a pencil and an eraser?
(などと質問したりするとよりよい）
Put them beside you.

＜ゲーム終了 Game over＞

No cards in the middle.
All the pairs are clollected.
How many pairs do you have? Let's count!
One, two, three..., Tom, you won! Great!
